We strive to ensure timely delivery of Domestic orders within India in 3 to 7 days time in most of the cities

We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 48 hours to ship goods out of our warehouse. However, if the quantities ordered are more than 3 pieces per product per style, it may take longer to process your order. Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email.

Usually for most of the locations we offer Delivery within 3 to 7 days time. Items are only delivered on business days. Apart from Sundays, there are certain holidays throughout the year that are not considered as business days. Deliveries will not happen on these days.

Nonetheless, there may be delays for reasons such as the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances or the delivery zone. If for any reason the Company is unable to comply with the delivery date, the Company will inform the User of that situation and will give the User the option to continue with the purchase, establishing a new delivery date, or cancel the order with full reimbursement of the amount paid.

Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to climatic issues, natural calamities, disruption in the supply chains, orders / notifications etc. issued by statutory authorities / competent authorities, political disruptions, logistics service provider related challenges, product lost in transit, other unforeseen circumstances or event beyond the control of the Company or logistics service provider etc.

Given the complexities of international shipping, there may be instances where customers are subject to additional import duties and taxes. While the majority of orders do not incur such fees, it is important to note that we are unable to predict the occurrence or amount of these infrequent customs charges. In the event that additional customs duties are imposed, customers are responsible for settling these fees.

To streamline your shopping experience, we have partnered with reputable courier services such as DHL/FEDEX to handle customs clearance and facilitate delivery to your doorstep. Payment for any applicable customs duties is required prior to delivery, upon the arrival of your shipment at the customs checkpoint. Once these duties are settled, your shipment will be promptly released and delivered to its designated destination."
